2-Way Voice is an audio device added to a personal emergency system, incorporating a speaker and microphone. This allows the monitoring station to hear what's going on at the premisis when the alarm goes off, and trained personnel can directly converse with the client.

If your phone system is our because of bad weather, construction, or modem is out, the security system you have will not be able to transmit a signal in the event of an emergency.
